Aikhoje is a consummate public relations practitioner, who has spent most of his time working on Events for Sports Brands (Coca-Cola, MTN, Globacom, Obudu Mountain Race, former SWAN Awards) and also works as a blogger.
Aikhoje specialises in marrying consumer brands with popular and contemporary culture.
He founded Sports Brands Nigeria Awards (Nigeria's Premier Sports Industry Awards) in 2012 to celebrate outstanding brands in Nigeria's fast evolving Sports Industry.
Organised in July 2012, the SBNA has since become the No. 1 Awards for Sports Brands.

In the same year, Aikhoje founded League Bloggers Awards (Nigeria's First Independent League Awards) to honour the best players and managers in the Nigeria Premier League.

From January 2012 through August, the LBA celebrated its monthly Player and Manager of the Month Awards.
Aikhoje has been an avid researcher of the Nigerian League since 1986 and writes the best features on the NPL.
